We understand that not everybody wants to pick their own strawberries that is why we do accept orders. There are a couple things you should know before placing an order though. They are as follows:
How to place an order
You have 3 options to place your order. Please note we are limiting orders to 20 quarts per person at a time.
- Fill out the form below
- Call the farm at (419) 604-4145 and leave your name, best # to reach you at and how many quarts you want on the machine.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject STRAWBERRY ORDER and tell us your name, best # to reach you at when your order is ready and how many quarts you want.
What happens after you place your order
Your name goes on our list based on the order it was received. As we pick we go down the list (in order received) and fill the orders that we can based on how many quarts we picked that day. When your order is ready we will call you and ask you to set up a pick-up time that day or the next day. If we do not hear back from you within 16 hours or you are unable to pick up your order the next day we move onto the next person on the list.
Strawberries do not ripen once picked so we pick the berries when ripe. We do not use any preservatives so there is a limited shelf-life (3-7 days) so we cannot hold them for you.
You will pay when you pick up your order. We accept cash and credit cards* ($10 minimum purchase and a $0.50 card convenience fee). Cash is the preferred method of payment. We do not accept personal checks.
*Please let us know at time of scheduling your pick up if you plan to pay with credit card so someone can have the card reader ready for payment.
$4.75 per Quart
$18.00 per Gallon (4 quarts)
*Our strawberries are organic, we are just not a certified organic farm.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Placing an order does not guarantee that it will be filled especially as the crop production slows down later in the season (around 3rd week of June). Coming early on the PYO days and picking your own will be the best way to guarantee you get strawberries.
